[Cook It]: Beef Wellington

By Justin Fischer, Nov 22nd, 2011 | In Dining

Cook It is a monthly column that features recipes designed by Shanghai chefs specifically for the average Shanghai kitchen. In other words, you can actually cook this stuff yourself.

Chef Christophe Lerouy of La Table comes to us this month with a winter warmer from the other side of the Channel, the perennial classic, beef Wellington. And it's easier than you think; all you need is an oven a little bit of time.

Here is a slide show of how he did it.

...And before you risk wrapping your PC in puff pastry, click here for a printable PDF with all the ingredients, instructions and other details.
