[Cook It]: Pan Roasted Sea Bass

Cook It is a monthly column that features recipes designed by Shanghai chefs specifically for the average Shanghai kitchen. In other words, you can actually cook this stuff yourself.
While his kitchen isn't officially open just yet, Sergio Zanetti, executive chef of the Shanghai Marriott Hotel City Centre, invited us in for a study in Italian gastronomy. We came back with a dish that's elegant, simple and incredibly easy to prepare.
