Cook It is a new monthly column that features recipes designed by Shanghai chefs specifically for the average Shanghai kitchen. In other words, you can actually cook this stuff yourself.
You know that tiny room in your apartment with the fridge, sink, and stove? That's called a kitchen. Living in this city, that's pretty easy to forget. But Austin Hu, chef and owner of Madison is here to remind us how to use it with his recipe for crispy chicken and vegetables. It's a simple dish with minimal ingredients and with a little advance planning you can have on your table within an hour and a half.

I cooked this on sunday, it was delicious!! i varied the stock for the vegetables I found but it is a tasty way too cook and cutting the chicken is pretty easy if u have sharp Knife!Please sign in or register to comment
