He Japanese Restaurant introduces its first lunch menu created by Japanese Master Chef Yoshiyuki. From a menu featuring traditional flavors, this lunch set includes Japanese organic vegetable salad, pickled tuna gel vinegar, Japanese fried tofu, a sushi platter, cattail cooked eel rice with flavored soup, and dessert recommended by Chef Yoshiyuki. The whole set is priced at 480rmb net per person. For an additional charge, guests can enjoy sashimi, fresh fish cooked in salt, cooked fresh fish daily, teppan Australian veal, teppan and Australian Wagyu beef.
