SCIS adopted certified International Baccalaureate programming in 2008 and, as of 2017, became a full continuum IB world school (including the PYP, MYP and DP). The schools are managed by the Managing Committee of the Parents’ Association, and appointed by the Agency for French Education Abroad (AEFE, Agence pour l’enseignement français à l’étranger). Students follow the French curricula.

The International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) and the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program (IBDP) are taught at middle and high school.
