Come midday, you're escorted to Grand Brasserie, the Waldorf's all-day dining restaurant, for a three hour buffet of fresh seafood, pastries, and other gourmet Western and Asian dishes. Included in the cost is an a la carte menu featuring signature dishes like "crab cake Benedict," "risotto primavera," and "steak tartare 'a la Reuben.'" It's all served to the music of a live jazz trio. Brunch is served every Sunday, from 11am-3pm 888rmb+15% per person. Price includes unlimited Veuve Clicquot champagne, red and wine wine, still or sparkling water, fresh juices, coffee, and tea. 688rmb+15% per person without champagne.
