Camelia at the Four Seasons Pudong has a free-flow of champagne deal for 200rmb (plus 15% service charge) every Thursday. That's not particularly cheap but this restaurant at the Four Seasons in Pudong is a really a nice venue and their champagne is certainly not the usual ladies'-night-headache-type. Deal goes from 6:30-9:30pm.
