New Heights Lunch
Lunch at New Heights is a fresh selection of contemporary French with Middle Eastern, North African Southeast Asian influences. Think starters like sliced beets over a goat cheese tart, slow-cooked egg over zaalouk (a Lebanese ratatouille-like dish) and marinated lamb and sea bream carpaccio with avocado coulie. Mains range from Aussie flank steak with melted shallots and green pea puree, braised sea bass with baked potatoes, horseradish and sorrel espuma. Two courses will set you back 118rmb+10% and the comes with a soft drink. Add 40rmb for a dessert like a warm apple crumble or moist chocolate brownies with chocolate ganache.
