Restaurant-Ecole Institut Paul Bocuse teaches traditional French cuisine like goose liver terrine with sweet wine jelly, stuffed seabass with a puff pastry crust and the traditional Black Forest cake. Class is followed by dinner. Additionally, each participant will go home with one Goose Liver terrine to enjoy at home. 580rmb per person. Includes a two and half hour cooking class, dinner and a glass of wine.
