Yuan has a happy hour from 4-8pm with half priced standard drinks, beers and signature cocktails. This is a really colorful, Chinese-run cocktail bar that makes a lot of highly unusual drinks using Chinese alcohol. The flavors can be a bit hit and miss, but it's an interesting enough night out. Most of the really interesting cocktails aren't included in this happy hour, however, and go for a pricey 80-90rmb.
