Chef Willy Moreno's Spanish tapas place on the Bund does a solid set brunch menu at a much more affordable price point. The menu changes weekly to adapt to what ingredients are fresh and available at the time, but there is always a soup, salad, tapas dish, rice, main and dessert -- all for 175rmb per person.
