GoEast Language Center is hosting a Chinese cooking class. They will teach you how to make Kung Pao chicken, mapo tofu, and crispy potatoes, which you'll then get to enjoy for dinner. Admission is free if you sign up here. Otherwise it's 30rmb at the door.
