Taking over the newish MoCA Pavilion - that glass space next to Gate 7 of People's Park, close to the museum proper - is a site-specific installation by artists Andrzej Wojtas and Ewelina Aleksandrowicz, otherwise known as Pussykrew. The Berlin-based duo's artwork comprises 3D scans of Shanghai, CGI archives and ongoing research into the art/ tech dialogue. The show is the culmination of the artists' six-month stay in the city and features digital representations of Shanghai's symbols and experiences. Think an immersive mash up of old, new and future, including a video projection on the pavilion's glass facade, VR headset visuals and a 3-channel video installation.
