Kung Fu Komedy's inaugural stand-up festival has comedians flying in from around Asia to compete for cash and glory. There's a Chinese and English competition and a short film contest. The first place winner of the English competition gets 10,000rmb, a show at the LA's Comedy Store, and acceptance in the 2016 Burbank Comedy Festival. The Chinese stand-up winner gets 5000rmb, and the short film winner gets 2000rmb. Tickets to the local heat and three preliminary rounds happening on March 22, 24, 25, and 26 are 70rmb in advance or 50rmb at the door. The full schedule can be found here.
