Cachet in the Langham hosts a nightly buffet dinner deal, every night of the week, from Executive Chef Tom Tang and his culinary brigade. Expect a massive spread with a huge seafood section -- fresh oysters, Canadian and Boston lobster, Conchs, Scallops, Prawns and more -- a fully stocked Japanese section, Mediterranean classics, an Aussie BBQ station, and more. 6pm to 9.30pm. Prices are 378rmb, Sundays to Thursdays; 418rmb for Fridays, Saturdays. Children 6 to 11 years old are charged half-price; children under 5 eat for free.
