One of the world’s finest chefs visits the kitchens of VUE Restaurant at Hyatt on the Bund this month. Max Stiegl is the youngest chef ever to be awarded a Michelin Star, winning his first at the age of just 20. Since then, he’s been showered with over 130 different culinary titles, and his restaurant Gut Purbach was named by Conde Nast Traveler as the finest in Austria. He created cuisines for royalty and artists including the former US President Bill Clinton, former Austrian President Heinz Fischer, and UK singer Adele just to name a few. This time, Chef Stiegl will present some classics such as traditional veal schnitzel “Viennese style” with potato salad, traditional slow simmered beef and ripped vanilla pancakes with raisins. His style mixes traditional and modern methods and is guaranteed to impress. A la carte pricing. From 6pm, April 7 to April 15.
