Capella's new luxury compound starts your New Year's Eve party off with a 6-course set menu dinner at le Comptoir de Pierre Gagnaire. Expect Spaghetti with Olive Oil and Lemon, Oscietra Caviar and Lightly Smoked Cauliflower Cream; Duck Foie Gras Terrine with Dulcey Chocolate; Lobster Fricassee Flavored with Ginger. It's 1,288rmb per person, including a glass of bubbly, or 1,988rmb including wine pairing. Seatings are from 6-8.30pm and 9pm-10.30pm.
