Valentine’s Day Celebration
Faancy gourmet Valentine's Day menu prepared by Exec Cehf Jonas Noel, filled with words we don't understand. "Choux pastry as a gougere; Duck foie gras in torchon style." They've got Boston lobster bisque, steam plaice or Berkshire pork shoulder blade, braised and pan-seared, and fpr pre-dessert, a Valentine's Day heart mousse.
