Hosted by Heritage by Madison and chef/owner Austin Hu, the first "Heritage Eats" food festival is motivated by the same philosophy that drives the restaurant: exploring cultural heritage through delicious food. Each of the 21 chefs will prepare at least one dish of their "heritage", be it childhood memory, apprenticeship, grandmother's recipe, something that they feel represents who they are and where they come from. They want you to know them as a person, not just the name you see on a menu. Six tickets for 100rmb. 11am-9pm.
