Serial restaurateur Eduardo Vargas's namesake grill offers up a modular Sunday brunch. Getting down on just the table of cold food and desserts is 100rmb. Add one of twelve grilled mains for another 50rmb, and then another 100rmb if you want endless mimosas, Bloody Mary's, mojitos and beer. 10.30am-4pm.
