In addition to translating your listing, the SmSh Recruiting Assistant will also navigate China’s largest jobs platform, 51Jobs.com to post your listing, reaching the widest berth of applicants. Our service fee also includes the service fee of posting therein.
In addition to the general postings stated above, the SmSh Recruiting Assistant will also consult and place your application on the relevant Chinese-language industry-specific jobs board to solicit skilled workers to your listing.
Typically, when companies of any size post on local sites, they receive hundred and sometimes thousands of applicants. Many applicants, however, are sorely under-qualified and, at times, even fail to match the basic criteria entirely. Our team at the SmSh Recruiting Assistant will sort through the applications bulk and send a filtered list to you of applicants that meet the top three criteria (of your choice) for your perusal.
