Personal Requirements

  • Individual with good multi-tasking and communication skills, very presentable. Willing to grow within the company be involve in sales and senior client relations over a period of time. Close communication with GM, administration departments and client relationships both in proficient English and basic Chinese. Flexibility for working with China and North America design teams. Close communication to a multi-disciplinary team in architecture & Interior design, marketing & branding, construction and building management
  • Cuadrak Studio is looking for a good communicator; team player and a person that is self-motivated. The selected person must be loyal, honest, a hard worker, with excellent administrative skills and thoroughly familiar with office administrative functions

  • Office Manager & Team Communicator
  • GM Assistant & Associate Director at Client Meetings
  • Client liaison & Sales Junior Assistant
  • Company Host/ Welcome face

Responsibilities & Benefits

  • Office Manager & GM assistant
  • Daily office duties and translation between design teams and suppliers
  • Daily administration and Communication between design team and clients
  • Daily accounting support for accounting department, submission of expenses and payments reports on monthly basis
  • Contact reports and meeting minutes notes, English and Chinese
  • Translation for meeting and phone calls with clients with GM

Sales Support

  • Communication between GM and Sales Manager to prepare client meetings
  • Support in preparing information packages to clients accordingly
  • Meeting support and Client follow up in cooperation with Sales Manager
  • Support on Market and Design research for teams

REQUIREMENTS
  • Must be native Chinese with a Good English language skills (speaking, listening, writing, and reading) with bachelor degree (or diploma), or equivalent education background. (design, architecture, communication, sociology or business related background preferred)
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years equivalent working experience
  • Social: Strong customer service with highly professional, courteous, outgoing, telephone skills. Ability to work under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient. A high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role
  • Organization: Must be well organized, ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize efficiently. Self-motivated to solve problems, Strong Customer Service Instinct, Self-Confidence in dealing with Clients, Self-Motivated to Solve Problems, Friendly Disposition, Strong Organizational Skills with Ability to Multi-Task Computer and typing skills, knowledge of Excel, Word and Power Point
