Creative Director

Glimpse is currently looking for a project based Creative Director to lead the Creative and Design Team on briefs and pitches.

  • Understand brands identity and projects requirements
  • Understand the design challenges of individual projects and provide creative solutions
  • Define the art direction and deliver creative concepts in response to creative briefs for campaigns and events
  • Design key visuals, event booth, POP-UP stores, user experience and any other digital assets
  • Work closely with relevant departments to ensure effective communication and management
  • Lead and guide designers in the team
  • Manage projects: planning, design, execution and delivery


  • Great taste and design sense
  • Highly creative and knowledgeable in the different fields of communications
  • Relevant experience working with luxury, fashion, lifestyle, beauty brands
  • Strong portfolio of projects for pop-up stores, exhibitions booth, street activations and digital campaigns for major luxury, fashion, lifestyle and beauty brands
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, AI and familiar with AfterEffect, C4D or 3DS.
  • Capable of handling directions and constructive feedbacks
  • Extreme attention to detail and good project and time management skills
  • Good sense of design trends, social trends and market best practices
  • Proficient in both English and Chinese
