Are you a hardworking, go-getter, with a passion for sales & marketing and developing business?

Seeking fluent native English speaker for position in sales & marketing role. Previous sales/marketing experience a bonus, but not absolutely necessary. Video production skills and experience also a bonus.

Easy Imex, an established Shanghai-based trading company (, is seeking an entry-level business development/marketing manager who will be responsible for developing potential prospects into paying clients.

A thirst for personal development and capacity to learn new tasks quickly a major requirement. You will be given significant sales & marketing responsibility very quickly if proven capable.


  • Email/newsletter campaigns 
  • Producing video and blog content
  • Investigating PR opportunities (newspapers, speaking events etc.)
  • Calling new prospects by phone, primarily UK, Australian and USA prospects – and converting to paying clients
  • Follow up phone/email calls to potential prospects
  • Replying to website inquiries to convert to paying clients
  • Managing the CRM database and improving on its current functions

For the right candidate, the position will gradually extend into a business development role:

  • Developing and handling the needs of key clients
  • Preparing regular monthly newsletter (content and photo gathering) which is emailed to existing database of 10,000+
  • Managing AdWords account and preparing reports generated through google analytics
  • Making incremental improvements to website, including new content and working with digital marketing team
