This is an exciting opportunity to join a start-up that is currently part of Chinaccelerator, a leading startup accelerator in China. NoshPos is a new type of Restaurant Management software that combines all departments of a restaurant into just one modern software package. We provide a POS system, online ordering, table-bookings, ERP, CRM and any other services that a restaurant may need, all under one roof.
We are currently looking for a full-time Shanghai-based Business Development and Sales Manager to help implement our POS and restaurant solution with restaurants in Shanghai and greater China.
We are seeking someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who’s interested in joining an early stage startup (currently serving around 15-20 restaurants) that has the potential of growing fast into the large restaurant space. Early employee shares will be offered after reaching targets.
You will be working in a (yet) small team in a downtown Shanghai office and be in charge of:
Sales & Business Development:
You will help build our Business Development team and be in charge of the outreach to small and mid-sized restaurant chains in China. You will be handling all incoming sales leads and find new leads through our partner media, partner organizations and your own research. You’ll be meeting with potential clients to present the product to them and demonstrate the wide variety of features NoshPos is offering. As we are already expanding into other cities, travel and shorter business trips will be required.
Additionally, you will also be in charge of creating additional sales material and work closely with the Directors to create material for investors and partners.
Key Account / Implementations:
NoshPos is a complex system that is designed to be simple so that restaurant staff can use it from day one without a lot of extra training. However, to make sure our restaurant partners get the most out of the system and can use all features correctly, we’d like to join them for the first few days when they are using the system to assist them with setup and staff training. You will be the Key Account Manager for larger restaurant chains to make sure they are receiving the correct support from us and are getting the maximum out of our system.
We are seeking someone who has some experience working in the restaurant industry in China. Ideally, you should be familiar with the way Point of Sale and other software solutions inside a restaurant business work and help support the business. You need to be a native person who is technically proficient and can easily adapt to the environment in an IT startup.
Additionally, it’s essential that you are an outgoing person with good communication skills, as you’ll be required to meet clients and convenience them of the advantages of this program.
