Intralink is seeking enthusiastic and energetic candidates with excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese to work in our Shanghai office.
As a Recruitment Consultant based in Shanghai, you will work to design and implement Intralink’s annual recruitment strategy, curate the company’s online job board presence, and strive to increase Intralink’s profile domestically and overseas through establishment of relationships with top-tier university alumni, MBA and Chinese-language programs. Additionally, you will be responsible for targeted recruitment of specific domain experts within the company’s key growth sectors.

The ideal candidate will have a native or near-native level in both spoken and written Chinese and English, and possess an M.A. from an overseas university, preferably in HR Management or a related discipline.
