  • Out-sourcing online and offline potential candidates via various social media outlets and networking events including job fairs
  • Establish a relationship and connections with US universities
  • Actively reach out to the prospective candidates via email, Linkedin, Wechat, phone, etc
  • Interview potential applicants based on experience, skills and education background
  • Routinely update the job description and advertise job positions according to the company’s development
  • Maintain a database of all the potential candidates

ACA (American Cultural Ambassador) Camp Program:

  • Recruit potential teachers(ambassadors) and select candidates
  • Assisting with orientation procedures and visa issuance
  • Traveling with teachers from the United States to China and vice versa to assure smooth passage and safety if needed from program director’s request
  • Assuring the mental and physical soundness and endurance of instructors throughout the program, which includes reporting regularly to superiors regarding the status of teachers
  • Assisting with camp activities, including aiding teachers with executing their lesson plans and helping other workers with camp activities as needed
  • Helping with logistical needs and preparation in between summer camps, including cleaning and gathering appropriate materials
  • Assisting with tourism activities


  • Bachelor’s degree is required. Prefer in the field of marketing, media, communication, human recourse, international relations and east Asian studies.
  • Prefer Native speakers of English
  • 1-year camp operation/managing experience
  • Understand both American culture and Chinese culture and have the ability to solve the potential culture conflicts
  • Ability to work independently, to self-prioritize work streams and to meet tight deadlines
  • Strong execution ability
