- This position reports to VP & GM of Asia directly, responsible for brand building & sales results under "Pacific Coast" brand.
- Define retail strategy to sell into expats and luxury segments in China, starting from Shanghai.
- Define and build sales channels and manage retail sales revenues and P&L.
- Generate results from our B2C site www.pacificcoast.com.cn
- Define retail policy and customer service policy to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in fashion retail business or in luxury goods.
- China work experience is preferred.
- Hands-on experience on retail sales to deliver sales results.
- Result oriented and with strong business sense.
- People oriented; self motivated and able to work under pressure.
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Native English speaker, fluent in both English and Chinese.
