  • Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumer and plan campaigns specific for each market and season

Social Media And SEM Social

  • Plan and monitor posts on Facebook and Instagram
  • Answer comments and messages on Facebook and Instagram
  • Launch online adverts through google AdWords, Facebook and Instagram

Wix Websites Creation and Management

  • Set up new website, upload and refresh product lists on all existing and new websites
  • Connect and configure website’s domains
  • Adapt and optimize content and take care of on-site SEO and URLs creation


On page:

  • Update URLs, page titles and meta descriptions
  • Track keywords
  • Review and refresh page content
  • Optimize internal linking and CTAs
  • Responsive functions optimization

Off page:

  • Link building
  • Influencer outreach
  • Online PR
  • Marketplaces pages optimization
  • Sharable content creation
  • Social media engagement


Report on all activities monthly, compiling the data from all backends into one document using data from:

Google Analytics

  • AdWords
  • Social media analytics Facebook
  • Social media analytics Instagram
  • Marketplaces


  • Set up of properties (goals, filters, segments, etc)
  • Make sure the accounts are properly connected to the websites
  • Monitor visits and sessions and adapt any custom definitions or channels if needed
  • Manage and create tags on google tag manager


  • Check main reports on GA and gather the data for the external reports
  • Keep track of findings and propose solutions and optimizations monthly
  • Make sure the connections are correct and that no bugs are live on desktop and mobile


  • Compare the date and highlight main changes


South America marketplaces:

  • Product uploading, excels sheets creation and optimization
  • Marketplace product pages optimization
  • Contact with account managers and team in South America etc


  • Proven experience in digital marketing or similar role
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
  • Experience with b2c social media, google AdWords and SEO/SEM
  • Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google analytics)
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking
  • Fluent English (Spanish preferred but not required) and interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate excel skills
  • Willing to learn and deal with website management (DNS configuration, website creation on WIX etc.)

This team member will have to support our businesses and brands online by: improving awareness; SEO; manage social media; create, manage, maintain websites and market places, create monthly reports in order to plan for next steps; and finally stimulate sales by launching specific and targeted online campaigns.
