Business Development Manager

This varied and challenging role will include:

  • Developing new and solid International business prospects, and promoting services to meet business / sales targets
  • Further increasing HI-COM’s base of customers by contacting new prospects by mail or over the phone, and following up new leads
  • Visiting potential customers on a regular basis, and executing HI-COM’s sales process
  • Collecting customer requirements, and communicating effectively with the internal team
  • Building long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Attending social networking & business events
  • Drawing up reports of their commercial activity every week and devise future actions
  • Learning about project management, and the role they play in HI-COM’s overall production process

REQUIREMENTS
  • Excellent skills in English (Chinese is a plus)
  • Dynamic and motivated
  • Willing to learn
  • Adaptable
  • Strong capacity of listening and understanding the customer's needs
  • Reactive and proactive spirit
  • Self-efficient

Start date: ASAP
Salary: fix negotiable + commission based on sales
Working days: from Monday to Friday
Location: Room 406 Building 1- Huizhi Creative Park, 288 Yuyao Road, Shanghai 200042, P.R. CHINA
