Identify companies with planned construction projects in China; using your initiative for cold calling, internet research, networking and any other professional methods available to build relationships with potential clients
Maintain and update database information based on activities, market knowledge and lessons learned
Book meetings, prepare and coordinate your team, host meetings with potential and existing clients
Support the production of proposal documents and associated materials necessary for a professional sales pitch

Current visa status for China (candidates without a visa are only applicable for a work permit if they graduated over two years ago, and can prove at least two years of work experience since graduation)

Fluent English, native level German or French an advantage

The Business Development team is the core sales team within Colliers International’s Project Management division. It is our responsibility to identify construction opportunities within the foreign business community in China. We are currently recruiting for a permanent placement for a junior or mid-level role. Mandarin Chinese is not required but fluent English is essential.
