Global Sales Manager

A global Sales Manager is responsible for managing agents globally to develop new account and expanding existing accounts within their established geographic territory.

  • Prospecting for new agents and business in addition to growing and maintaining the existing agents
  • Coordinate the operations of the sales department across the globe by establishing goals and monitoring the volume of sales
  • Maintain good relationship with agents in daily operation
  • Planning customer visits and meetings, and conducting customer visits, providing customers with value-added services
  • Communication between agents and merchandiser team
  • Developing and maintaining a high level of ET2C services knowledge related to different industries and markets
  • Implementing company sales strategy and plan
  • Achieving annual and quarterly sales target within a given cost budget
  • Collecting and verifying market information for market analysis
  • Submit monthly sales report to CEO


  • College degree or above
  • English native speaker based in Shanghai
  • 8+ years sales management experience
  • Willingness to travel
  • Strong motivation to achieve and exceed the goals
