Digital Marketing Specialist (Conversion)

  • Overview and optimize key conversion points in the sales/marketing funnel
  • Work alongside Marketing and Product Teams to create and execute deliverables including website audits, user journeys, user scenarios, and personal development. Convert qualitative and quantitative data into prioritized testing
  • Collaborate with colleagues responsible for advertising, email, and social media in order to optimize each conversion path in the italki user journey
  • Support the Marketing Team in creating, implementing, and analyzing internal campaigns and deliver campaign requirements
  • Take action on key metrics and KPIs through continuous testing and user experience improvements to the website, including landing pages and calls-to-action
  • Keep informed of new products, tools, trends, resources, and services and educate fellow employees


  • BA/BS in Marketing, Business, UX Design or similar is a preferable or equivalent working experience
  • At least 2 years of past experience with digital marketing tactics, web analytics, and A/B testing
  • Be comfortable with learning how to use new marketing tools and platforms
  • Good time-management skills
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Critical thinker and problem solver
