Overview and optimize key conversion points in the sales/marketing funnel
Work alongside Marketing and Product Teams to create and execute deliverables including website audits, user journeys, user scenarios, and personal development. Convert qualitative and quantitative data into prioritized testing
Collaborate with colleagues responsible for advertising, email, and social media in order to optimize each conversion path in the italki user journey
Support the Marketing Team in creating, implementing, and analyzing internal campaigns and deliver campaign requirements
Take action on key metrics and KPIs through continuous testing and user experience improvements to the website, including landing pages and calls-to-action
Keep informed of new products, tools, trends, resources, and services and educate fellow employees
BA/BS in Marketing, Business, UX Design or similar is a preferable or equivalent working experience
At least 2 years of past experience with digital marketing tactics, web analytics, and A/B testing
Be comfortable with learning how to use new marketing tools and platforms
