For our new concept store in the M50 art district, we are looking for a young, talented bilingual retail expert to be responsible in:

Sales and customer relationship

  • Lead the customer visit experience, explaining the brand concepts and the artworks displayed in-store and their linkage to the products
  • Make sensible product recommendation while providing comprehensive brand/product knowledge, and increase sales and link-sales opportunities
  • Always provide the highest standard of customer service, continuously update customer database, and respond to complaints or other special/unexpected requirement
  • Complete the established sales targets, regularly organize sales data; and provide sales analysis to come up with future forecasts and action plans

Store operation

  • Use inventory management system efficiently, to ensure that the store has sufficient product reserves, and be responsible for commodity return management, commodity anti-theft loss management, commodity warehouse management
  • Optimize merchandise display
  • Assist marketing to hold in-store promotion activities
  • Effectively control the overall budget of the store (including electricity, store office supplies, furniture, security equipment, etc.)


  • Years of retail experience in fashion accessories/luxury brand/lifestyle brands
  • Fluent in Chinese and English
  • Results-oriented, ownership, positive, and willingness to learn and share
  • Strong interest in art and fashion
  • College or above education
