Kagen is the teppanyaki spin-off of wildly popular Jap-fusion restaurant Haiku, which is next door. Decor is same upscale, modern minimalism with lots of smooth stones and the ingredients are several cuts above the all-you-can-eats. Sets from 230-400rmb per person.
