This large Swiss-owned gallery opened its doors on Moganshan Lu in 1996. ShanghART was the first gallery in China to participate in major international art fairs, such as Art Basel. The works may not always be thrilling, but the artists exhibited are always well-known.

This is the studio and factory space of Loushi Design, which is headed by designer Xiao Ke. The company manufactures its own handmade furniture and home accessories made from reclaimed and recycled materials. The site is also sometimes used as an event space, such as their swap parties for exchanging used goods.
