The One Wellness Centre is a boutique fitness club located in Loft 98 near Jing'an Temple. It is a gym carrying the latest innovations from Technogym as well as Kinesis and The Wellness System. They offer classes in Yoga and Tai Chi and have a cafe serving gourmet health foods, wifi for all members and a therapy area offering massage, acupuncture and reflexology.

Located on the third floor of a building on the Hengshan/Gao'an intersection, Yoga Space offers standard Hatha and Vinyasa yoga in a sizable room. The hot yoga room only has eight spots so a reservation is necessary. The interior is a pleasant mix of cushiony seating, warm tea and plants. Don't expect an overly rigorous work-out.

A boutique retreat which offers small classes in yoga, personal training, sports injury massages, boot camp, body shadping and a juice bar.

This is a high-level yoga school for those who are serious about learning the meditative art. They have over 100 lessons a week from skilled instructors and there are always plenty of well heeled yoga bunnies on site, hanging out at the juice bar or tucking the legs behind their faces.
