Terms and Conditions, Use of the Q5 card

Neither Q5, SmartShanghai.com, Louder.cn nor its employees, agents, distributors or venues operating the card shall be held liable if any of the participating partner venues fails or refuses to honor their offers, or changes their terms of their offers at any time during the validity of the card and its benefits, or if any member(s) suffers injury, illness, death of property damages using the services or products of any of the participating venues or events, whether or not such circumstances are associated with the use of the Q5 programs offers.

Benefits are subject to change without notice, please check the Q5 members area for latest notices and updates. Entry or benefit offers by the venues and operators are by their discretion. The participating venues and operators have the final right to refuse entry or benefit offers, if card members fails to adhere to the operators normal terms and policies.

Q5 reserves the right to alter any part of the program at its sole discretion, use of any benefits of the program and the card in any way indicates acceptance of the terms and condition. Lost or stolen cards are not redeemable. Cards are for the sole use of 1 person and not for use of multiple people. Q5 reserves the right to revoke any membership of any member who abuses the rules of the program, at its sole discretion.
