SmartShanghai's premium membership, Q5, is offering a new Wineclub for cardholders. Q5 members and non-members have the option of joining the "Q5 Wine Club" on a monthly opt-in basis. By buying wines in bulk, through sponsorship and partnership with wine distributors, we are bring you significantly lower prices compared to buying from one of the local wine shops.
The Wineclub offers two package deals with a significantly lower price compared to buying from a local wine shop. For 300rmb, members will receive the Silver package, which includes a case of three fine wines (retail value 465rmb) sent to their home. At just twice that price, the Gold package offers members a set of three exquisite wines (retail value 833). New this month is the Platinum package priced at 900rmb, offering four exquisite wines. By buying wines in bulk and through sponsorship and partnership with wine distributors, SmartShanghai can share these discounts with its Q5 members. The Q5 Wineclub also hosts a monthly wine-tasting event.

(300 rmb / 380rmb for non members) with wo fruity chardonnays - Callia Chardonnay and a Grace Vineyard premium Chardonnay , and a Baron Philippe de Rothschild Maipo Carbernet Sauvignon. A well-rounded selection, this package is perfect for beginners and for the seasoned wine lover looking for a terrific deal.
The Platinum package (600 rmb / 680rmb for non members) comprised of an exotically fruity Chilean Rose, a raspberry and red cherry enhanced French rose, and Shiraz red from Barossa in Australia. Make an occasion out of either one of these lovely packages or give one as a gift. We'll deliver all the wines to your door inside a nifty carry bag.
You can now join the Q5 wineclub for September 2008, priced at 300rmb for the Gold package or 600rmb for the Platinum package. Delivery fees for delivery outside the city center may apply.
The deadline to order the July wineclub is 27th of August. Wineclub members will also be invited to join a wine tasting event.
