This legendary strip of ladies bars, is more then what it mentions in the guidebooks which make Hengshan Lu the nightlife capital of Shanghai nightlife, which it is not. This strip and it's surrounds do have many nice restaurants and bars, but for good Shanghai clubbing experience steer well away.
