JZ Shanghai Music Festival
Running from October 16, 17, and 18, The JZ Shanghai Music Festival pairs locally-based Shanghai talent with international headlining acts, for the biggest jazz event of the year. Friday night's Dee Dee Bridgewater opening concert is at the Yufeng Theatre (individual tickets for that here), and then it runs from 1pm to 11pm at the Century Park in Pudong on the following two days. Highlight acts are US3, Ibrahim Electric, and more.

Can I chose a specific seat ?
Unfortunatly, no. Ticketing systems in China vary from venue to venue, and many are not sufficiently sophisticated to offer specific seat selection. The event promoters and venues we work with have no setup that allows third party ticketing agents to access to their respective floor plans. However, when you buy a ticket from us, you will automatically receive the best available seats within the category that you've chosen.
I live outside Shanghai. Can I still buy tickets ?
Yes, we can mail tickets to any city within China, but you need to bank transfer the purchase amount before we place the order for the tickets. Please proceed with the ticket booking, and we'll email you the bank account details once we've received your ticket order.
My friends also want to order. Is there a way we can sit together ?
Yes. Our "Invite a Friend" feature allows you to invite your friends to join you at the event and be seated with you. You will only be responsible for buying your own ticket, and SmartTicket will coordinate with your friend(s) to secure their booking(s) and to ensure you all sit together. It's easy to use: simply go ahead and book your own ticket and the "Invite a Friend" option will be offered to you at the final step. Please note, selecting this feature guarantees surrounding seats to your own will set aside for a maximum of 6 hours only.
How do I pay for my tickets?
You pay our delivery staff directly upon delivery of your tickets, in cash (unfortunatley we can't accept cards). We accept payments in Chinese Yuan only. Please email us if you need a company fapiao.
SmartTicket's online ticket ordering and delivery service for this event has now closed. Please note: This doesn't mean that the event has sold out, but rather SmartTicket is sold out of tickets. Tickets for this event may still be available at alternate ticketing services. Sorry for the inconvenience.
