Frexh Shanghai 2010, a two day showcase of music, art, fashion, and food in Shanghai, kicks off with a big concert at Mao Livehouse: Paper Doll, Kelly Cha, DJ Connie, and DJ Half Asian, Half Amazin'. International and mainland bands, DJ's, and designers take the stage at the Mao Livehouse.
August 6: Music & Fashion at Mao Livehouse
On August 6 Frexh kicks off with a big concert at Mao Livehouse: Paper Doll, Kelly Cha, DJ Connie, and DJ Half Asian, Half Amazin'. International and mainland bands, DJ's, and designers take the stage at the Mao Livehouse. Free beer from 8-9pm.August 7: Food & Art at 5 on the Bund
On August 7, Frexh hits the Bund with a sampling of Shanghai's most creative culinary artists. Art shows from local and int'l artists accompany the food and drink. Chefs from: Azul, Madison, M1NT, Alchemist, Osteria, Boxing Cat, The Apartment, House of Flour, Sweet Ever After, and more will prepare delectable tastings to tickle your palate while an accompanying free flow of spirits (beer, wine and liquor) cool the summer night. Event takes place on the ground floor of 5 on the Bund.Official after party at Hamilton House to follow. Drink specials with wrist bands from Frexh.
Portions of proceeds are being directed to a not-for-profit organization Wokai.
