Richie Hawtin
One of the biggest names in electronic music -- Techno or otherwise -- Richie Hawtin (aka Plastikman) returns to Shanghai for a special one-night-only Thursday night performance at MAO Livehouse.
Along with Carl Craig, Hawtin is recognized as one of the pioneers of the second wave of Detroit Techno in the early 90s, and has since become one of the most in-demand DJs the world over. For more on what Hawtin’s been up to these days, check out his main page right here.
