Samfaina is a restaurant and gastro bar by chef and restaurateur Francesc Fernández Almodóvar, better known as Franki. An extensive menu explores flavors of Catalonia, France and the greater Mediterranean with accents of Asia. Think slow-cooked dishes like Iberico pork cheek stew, classics like mussels mariniere and selection of 10 different kinds of tartare. Much of it is prepared with contemporary techniques like spherification and sous vide.
Samfaina Mediterranean restaurant does a set lunch deal every Tuesday through Sunday. 128rmb gets you a soup of the day, choice of entree, choice main and a dessert. The menu changes monthly. Add 20rmb for coffee or tea.
