T for Thai is the second restaurant by Michael Wendling and Fanny Cervera, the duo behind Cuivre downstairs. The menu is the product of over a year of Michael Wendling's studying Thai cuisine in Bangkok's finest restaurants and lowliest street stalls. The results are impressive. Expect lots of fresh, complex flavors in dishes like pomelo and prawn salad, salt crusted marinated sea bass and hand ground curries. A glowing bamboo-themed bar pours Thai inspired original cocktails, too.
