A speakeasy that's actually good, Barules is hidden behind a phone booth on the corner of Fenyang and Fuxing. Drinks have names like "Toast Flower" and "Bloom Bloom." There are also variations on classics with names like "St. Rooise Sidecar." Good service, nice bartenders, a tin roof, and decent music. Solid.
