An observation deck at the top shares the world's highest accolade with the Ping'an Finance Centre in Shenzhen, and the elevator is the second fastest in the world, behind the Guangzhou CTF Finance Centre. The building is home to 128 floors of offices, restaurants, health centers, and hotels. Some might say its construction is a cause for concern but it lights up real fancy at night!
