Immersive modern Japanese dining experience by the team behind Sushi Oyama, Ochobo, Kappo Yu, and Elefante. They strictly do a 980rmb set dinner, served Mon-Sat at 7pm sharp and running until 9.30pm. That involves eight courses of creatures from the land and sea, in a theater style dining room with a giant 4k screen showing the animals and lands behind the dishes: cows frolicking to the sounds of jazz while Wagyu is served; icy landscapes for winter vegetables; a rap performance about lobsters during the seafood course. Lots of small details, and a memorable excursion. Drinks not included in the dinner price. Reservation recommended, as there's only 46 seats.
