A trendy, much-hyped baojiaobu (Shanghainese jianbing / breakfast pancake) stand in a mall food court. As of June, 2016, you'll need to queue for hours to get one. The cheapest jianbing is 12rmb. That's about three times as much as the one you can get on the street. They offer six types of fillings, like fried chicken, tuna, avocado & potato mash, ham & cheese, crayfish, and a "magic dragon" version that contains seven eggs.
