De Xing Guan is a famous noodle shop that's been running since 1878. Their signature item is a braised pork leg & smoked fried fish (焖蹄二鲜面) noodle, priced at 19rmb. The restaurant has takeaway windows downstairs, selling classic dumplings and snacks, and a dining area on the second floor, including three private rooms. De Xing Guan is newly renovated and quite clean. The place tends to get super busy during lunch hours, you've got to be careful not to bump into anyone.
